Can someone tell me, if this is good for in game.

Seems to be quite well balanced. There's a lot of type diversity in the moves.

I tend to perfer power over accuracy so I would pick Stone Edge over Ice Punch and Poison Jab. Poison jab would be my second choice for that last move on Conkeldurr as it can poison the foe plus provides coverage against Fae.

I see, what about Grass Knot or Substitute for Delphox, Hidden Power Fire or Knock Off or Leech Seed for Venusaur, Flamethrower or Surf for Exploud, Roar or Thunder Wave for Granbull (I'm going more for TW)

Grass Knot's power relies on an opponent's weight so I'll go with subtitute to get extra turns to beef it up with Calm mind. Leech Seed for Venusaur.
Fire defeats the common types of Bug and Grass so I'll go with Flamethrower. Fire Blast also works if you are a risk taker.
Thunder wave. Unless if you're doing a competitive team then roar doesn't get much use in game.
