Can pokemon ds games (pokemon white ) have rating pending on thier ds cartridge itself ?

And unfortunately a 'Rating Pending' sign is one of the most obvious indicators that a game is fake. I'd recommend reading this quick article about signs of bootlegs. Really sorry about that. =s
