3rd Gen Need some help here

    I cant find any suitable place in the forum to post, so i decide to post it here.
    I just breed a salamence in Pokemon Emerald with the following IV. The salamence will hold a choice band and learn flamethrower, aerial ace, rockslide, earthquake. I wonder the lack of def will post a problem with this physical sweeper.

    Nature: adament
    Hp:28-29
    Att 30-31
    Def:0-1..
    spA: 30-31
    Sp Def: 22-23
    Speed: 30-31
