Need some help with Casual, Budget Pokemon Deck

Hi all,

So my friends and I are just starting to get into pokemon, and I'd like to ask you guys for some advice.
I'm trying to set up a casual budget deck with Leafeon as my sweeper, wiping out my opponent's entire team in one fell swoop.
Here is what I have so far:

Pokemon:
4x Leafeon (Plasma Freeze)
4x Eevee Lvl 10 (Rising Rivals)
4x Roselia (EX Dragon)
4x Pachirisu Lvl 30 (Great Encounters
4x Minun (Legendary Treasures)

4x Roseanne's Research
4x Cheren
4x Professor Rowan
4x Great Ball
4x Potion

14x Grass
6x Electric


So as I've stated before, Leafeon is the sweeper, namely its Energy Crush attack.
-Pachirisu is a great tutor for Eevee, Minun, and Roselia
-Roselia is put in to get some energies on Leafeon quickly
-Minun is used to ping my opponent's benched pokemon
-Eevee is to be... well, Eevee

What do you guys think?

You don't need that many Grass Energy with Roseanne's Research in the deck. You could get away with 10 with R.R. in the deck, honestly.
