I am pretty sure that you can evolve them without trading. It has something to do with the Global Trade Center is all I know. I suggest looking it up on google or youtube.

GTS glitch
Deposit the pokemon in the GTS and put it for a pokemon that is impossible to get so it does not get traded by accident, like a level 9 Mewtwo, then use the seek pokemon to complete any trade. Could be for a bidoof or anything you can do. Then after completing a trade take your pokemon back and it will evolve
