[HG/SS] Need some team Help!

Well, in SoulSilver I'm on Route 43, Going to the Lake Of Rage for the first time. My team needs some help, and 1 more member is needed...Well anyway, Here's my team:

I've always wanted to try raising an Espeon, this thing is beast. It dosn't have a moveset I would want, I only gave it those moves as an Eevee to make it more useful and easier to level up.

My powerhouse starter, it was Lv. 23 by the first Gym O.o It was my only poke up until Ilex Forest where i caught Hotters as a hoothoot. I'm not sure about it's moves though. I want it to keep surf, and maybe blizzard.

And wel.. thats it. I'm not sure what to put as the last member, I was considering The Dratini you get from the Dragons Den, but thats far from now. There isnt really a fire type I can think to get right now, and because im Playing SoulSilver I can't get growlithe, and I do NOT want to use Vulpix. I was thinking of hunting down Entei, because even though i don't use legendaries on my teams, i was considering entei because its a good fire type.

Any help or move recomendations would be good, and ideas for my last member or even a d completely different team member would be great. Thanks :D

Grrrr. I had an entire post crafted for you and PC logged me out. >:T Here's what I said in a nutshell though:

Misdreavus: Shadow Ball, Thunderbolt, Confuse Ray, Mean Look/Pain Split/Psybeam

Magnemite/ton: Thunderbolt/Discharge, Mirror Shot, Thunder Wave, Tri Attack

Noctowl: Hypnosis, Dream Eater, Fly/Air Slash, Roost

Espeon: Psybeam/Psychic, Shadow Ball, Swift, Calm Mind

Feraligatr: Surf, Ice Fang, Crunch, Slash/Earthquake

Recommended 6th Pokemon: any fire type (such as Ninetales), or Dragonite. It'll help sweep Koga in the E4 since he can be a doozy.

Also, everything except Feraligatr is way underleveled. Try using them in battle until their level is almost even with Feraligatr's. Hope I helped. Sorry, I had so much more to say, but since PC doesn't wanna cooperate with me, I just had to keep this short. If you have any questions about what else I recommended, feel free to VM me. I just don't feel like retyping it right now.

Oh, ok, thank you! :) I'll Find a vulpix, and I'll try to change the movsets. Yeah, i Know everything is way underleveled. I need to train alot :D
