Need someone who can make tilesets!

Hey guys,

I'm looking for anyone who can help out in making tilesets? I've searched everywhere but cannot find tiles similar to what I want, so it looks like I'm gonna need custom ones. Only thing is, I suck at pixel art :/ so if anyone might be interested in making a Metal Gear RPG, then please contact me :)
