Need to make a Ground Type Team

    My buddy wants to do a monotype challenge for Gen 8.

    I've chosen Ground, and we don't know each others types. All I know so far is that I have been grinding for a shiny Excadrill for a few weeks for this and I should probably start thinking of some move sets.

    So far all I have is

    Excadrill (Jolly nature)

    No move set


    This is my first official comp team I've ever actually built (played a little competitive for Gen 7 but on Showdown, and only used teams others recommended). So pretend that I know essentially nothing as far as move sets. Natures and IV/EVs I understand.

    you can't go wrong with garchomp.
     
    Oh garchomp is almost definitely in the list! He's my second favorite overall Pokémon next to Gliscor (I like ground a lot… I never realized that until Sun/Moon)

    Which gen are you playing though? :)
