Need to see a Drifloon!

So I finally defeated the E4 and I figured I saw all Pokemon...well i didn't.

I need to at least see a Drifloon. If there is a Pokemon you need to see or w/e I would like to trade. I don't even need to keep it. Just trade and trade back, that's it...HELP ME!?!?
