3rd Gen Needing help in Sapphire

So, this is my first time ever playing a third gen game and I'm finding it pretty fun so far. Th only issue is that I just realized I don't have a water type. I just beat my Dad and obtained surf.

My Party is:
Combusken - level 32
Swellow - level 31
Loudred - level 32
Seviper - level 33

I have two questions:

1. What is a good water type for me to get at this point and where can I find it?
2. Is this a good party at this point in the game??

Catch a Zigsagoon... It can learn surf, then you can catch a tentacool

I totally forgot zigzagoon could learn surf.

I was gonna suggest using a rod and find a Wailmer then find a tentacool/cruel.
