I made this for an well-overlooked, IMO, female trainer from Mewtwo Strikes Back. For those of you who don't know, some of the Pok?mon she has are a Dewgong, Wigglytuff, Blastoise (shellshocker).

By the way, I claimed her in the Bishouen thread
