Arms and claws of scizor
Legs of groudon
Wings of Aerodactyll
And to top it all off
could it have
the jewel and surrounding yellow bit of starmie on its belly or if that is not possible
the jewel and surrounding yelow bit of staryu on its belly
Oh and could it please be main colour black and secondary color red?

Why do you keep on editing your posts? :P Anyway, no that would not be possible. Blastoise is fat, Scizors arms are skinny as hell, Gyarados head looks deformed, et cetera.

aggrons head (you can get rid of some/all of tyrannitars neck if need be)

groudons legs, tail and arms
And with the wings of your choice
All in main colour black and secondary red
