Your Metagross is almost exactly the same as mine, just that mine has Agility instead of Rock Slide. Why would you even need Rock Slide when you have Earthquake?

I prefer Rock Slide to counter Water/Ice types. Electric types usually have low defense, so a DD Rock Slide should KO any that come across your path.

Suicune should be faster than anything you find, so Substitute, then Calm Mind as much as you want. Leftovers let you Substitute 4 times. Surf is basic, and the last attack can be whatever you want.

If you need a Hazer, I recommend Jolly Crobat, as it's faster than almost everything. But here's your Weezing:

Weezing has only one weakness, which is Psychic, so give it Shadow Ball. The second attack can be either Sludge Bomb or Explosion. Or you can get rid of Will-O-Wisp altogether.

Sorry but I just got to say this. lol at the above post.

My Gross has RS cuz it's a CBer and I need something to hit Skarm with when worst comes to worst. Why would you have Silk Scarf on anything is what I want to know.

RS to counter Ice? Why would you leave Mence in against Ice types anyway? You forgot to mention that RS has horrible ACC so it isn't as good as EQ. EQ is generaly accepted as the best non-stabed physical attack in the game. I like RS on Mence only when it's CB.

Have you seen Espeon's stats? It can't survive a hit so Sub is needed to set up with CM. That's why there's Timid instead of Modest also. My set is the Espeyjump which is the standard and works very well.

Cune is a PHazer plus tank and you are telling me to go without rest? What happens if they T-Wave/WoW it? I definately don't want to switch after a couple of CM's. Sub on Cune is just dumb cuz after 6 CM's not even STABed Thunder could OHKO it, iircc. I use Roar over IB cuz I feel I have no need to fear Grass.

Serene Grace Bliss is Hax. Plus, the only reason anyone uses Bliss is for Clericing and Sponging anyway.

Exploding your Hazer sounds really smart. Weezing needs some way to regain HP and Rest on it is just suicide, that's where Pain Split came in. WoW on Weezing is absolutely needed to stop physical sweepers. Why would I leave Weezing out against a psychic type anyway?

Sludge Bomb > Rock Slideon Metagross, so you can actually hurt ludicolo, plus meteor mash will do enough to any flyers .etc.

I've always preferred Shadow Ball as a last move for cbgross to OHKO something like Starmie or Gengar. Sludge Bomb can poison annoying stuff like Suicune and hits Celebi harder. Rock Slide is also ok, though. I edited a bit on the EVs which you can use if you think it's better.
