Deoxys and Ho-oh are 00bers ...

EVs: isn't very difficult ... what do you need? Special Attacke (sure ...) and speed, because if your Deoxys doesn't have the first turn, it will be OHKOed

What's the point of giving it defensive EVs? It's defenses are so low the average sweeper can OHKO it if your Deoxys doesn't OHKO it first. Special Attack and Speed will work much better than defensive EVs.

except that Deoxys is an uber, so is Ho-oh. that automatically makes his team an uber team. it will fail in that metagame.

Dexoys must have max Sp and SpAtt EVs and the rest in Att

Ham is right.This team cannot stand up in the metagame it has no choice but too fit into.

I see no reason to replace Ho-oh as your team will still be an uber team with Deoxys.
