    Just say yes to Leftovers.

You do know that you currently have THREE Pokes on your team that can erase stat changes, right? Personally, that is a bit excessive. Makes you rely a bit too much on the metal bird.

Fixes in bold. Can only deal with a few of those.

    Gengar (M) @ Leftovers
    Trait: Levitate
    EVs: 252 Atk / 176 Spd / 80 SAtk
    Lonely Nature (+Atk, -Def)
    - Explosion
    - Shadow Ball
    - Sludge Bomb
    - Thunderbolt
I, myself, feel more comfortable using an Elemental Gengar with Destiny Bond. But this works.

    Skarmory (M) @ Leftovers ** Flying.Tin.Can
    Trait: Keen Eye
    EVs: 252 HP / 192 Def / 64 Atk
    Impish Nature (+Def, -SAtk)
    - Hidden Power Flying
    - Substitute
    - Whirlwind
    - Spikes
Woahwoahwoahwoah. I was told this too; Skarmory does NOT need that much speed unless it's taunting. Def EVs may seem uneccisary but 400 def is killer. If I were you I'd go with Whirlwind instead of Roar because the odd Soundproofer like Mr. Mime could nip you in the butt. If only Drill Peck could legally be used with Whrilwind...
Substitute for predicted magnets or something like that.

    Salamence (M) @ Leftovers
    Trait: Intimidate
    EVs: 252 HP / 100 Def / 56 Spd / 100 SDef
    Timid Nature (+Spd, -Atk)
    - Fire Blast
    - Protect
    - Toxic
    - Wish
Suit yourself, but that's kind of a downer on Salamence's potental. I've sweeped lots of times with a DDmence... but I guess you'd need a supporter for this team.

Yeah, that's all I really have to offer. =P Exept with Skarmory's speed all you got were my opinions.

Meh, if Gar is meant to counter popular leads then shouldn't that be more like Ice punch than Sludge Bomb? I can't really think of any lead that Sludge Bomb would get rid off, but you still see Mence leads quite often. If not then at least give it a CB. Seeing as how you are already running maximum Atk EVs and lonely you might as well go with a proper CBgar. You might also want to consider Rest or Counter over Roar on Swampert. Between Suicune and Skarm you've got your phazing needs well covered, anyway. For the EVs...just go with Shane's suggestions. But take it from me: you really, REALLY need to lay off the 252/252/4 spreads, they aren't good for you. :O

Oh, and Superkid11: Wishmence is a royal pain in the bronx when played right. Now you might debate whether or not Lugialord knows how to play it as well as a DDmence, but it certainly isn't crippling Mence's potential. xP Besides, everyone expects the standard DD set, so Wishmence often gets you the element of surprise.

Swampert's EVs are whack. Needs way more Defense to take CBed hits and more SAtk to guarantee an OHKO on CBMence

    EVs: 236 HP / 16 Atk / 120 Def / 116 SAtk / 20 SDef

Also, use Hydro Pump over Surf for the 2KO on Skarm and Gengar. Protect over Roar.

If your gengar wants to counter popular leads, it'll probably want a Special Sweeper set with Explosion/Hypnosis/Will-o-Wisp/Destiny Bond in the 4th slot.

If your gengar wants to counter popular leads, it'll probably want a Special Sweeper set with Explosion/Hypnosis/Will-o-Wisp/Destiny Bond in the 4th slot.

    Specifically:
    Gengar (M) @ Leftovers ** Gen
    Trait: Levitate
    EVs: 4 HP / 252 Spd / 252 SAtk
    Timid Nature (+Spd, -Atk)
    - Destiny Bond/W-o-W/Hypnoses/Explosion (I'd recomend Destiny Bond.)
    - Fire Punch
    - Ice Punch
    - Thunderbolt (or Thunder if you're crazy and hate bulky waters with a passion)

You could also try an MC Gar.

    Gengar (M) @ Leftovers
    Trait: Levitate
    EVs: 196 Atk / 184 Spd / 128 SAtk
    Lonely/Hasty Nature
    - Focus Punch
    - Ice Punch
    - Substitute
    - Thunder/bolt

More like Giga Drain over Fire Punch, and less Speed to make more room for HP and some Def.

I have tried Mc(Ice)Gar before, I didn't like it as a shadow ball from another gengar / ghost type owns me.

How exactly is the moveset your Gengar using now changing that? You have less than standard Spd and no +Spd nature either. It is still going to go down against a Shadow Ball-yielding Gengar or other Ghost, meaning you probably are switching out, which is what you should do with McGar anyway.

Any type of Shadow Ball owns Gengar, unless you do something like this which is the set that I use most of the time.

    Gengar (M) @ Leftovers
    Trait: Levitate
    EVs: 216 Def / 176 Spd / 116 SAtk
    Timid Nature (+Spd, -Atk)
    - Fire Punch
    - Ice Punch
    - Thunderbolt
    - Will-O-Wisp

I sometimes use Hypnosis over WoW but it really helps the rest of my team out to cripple Metagross / Tyranitar.

Definitely not. Giga Drain helps gengar survive longer, and it's just a 10 BP difference from HP Grass anyway, so any 2HKO will most likely still be a 2HKO. Giga Drain > HP Grass on Gar.

swampert and suicune on the same team are kind of redundant.

Actually no, Suicune and Swampert both do two completley different tasks. As for the team itself, your Gengar is a little bit worthless. If you want to use a mix set, then you should generally use Sludge Bomb somwhere on it, so consider making it a CBer. Salac Berry RestTalk Heracross will fail so badly. Once you get the boost you have a 50% chance of actually doing something because you cant always use an attacking move. Pick either the Salac version, or the RestTalk, not both. On Salamence that set works really well, but consider HP Grass over Protect to hit the annoying Swamperts. Modest Nature works better also. Swampert is good.

    Gengar
    ~Ice Punch
    ~Fire Punch
    ~Thunderbolt
    ~Explosion/Hypnosis/Will-O-Wisp

Gengar really messes you up if you have that set.

I honestly can't see what Fire Punch does that Thunderbolt can't handle.
