    i am going to download netbattle so if somebody can please give me a team their EV's and movesets.It doesnt have to be the best team u can think of just a good team that i could use.

    You can pick from different servers, pick one with alot of people in it. If I remember correctly, it tells you how many users are in the rooms, on the list....I dont have it anymore...and its been a few months since I used it...so... x__x

    Um, if its down, then Yes... that means you can't battle.
    Because you can only battle with the people you challange in the server chatrooms...

    the server list might be down but the servers themselfs aren't
    u need a Servers IP to get into manualy when the list is down check out the netbattle forums for ip's or smogon

    I really liked Netbattle... but caused some problems for the comp, and made it go slow..and the screen flickered.... x__x it just wasn't nice. But I liked the program its self... I wonder if its being updated or something, cause it was never down before...

    okay i finnaly got in but my team needs serious help.since i dont know nothing about EV's i got killed 3 times and i dont know any good movesets soi need some help.My current team is Vaporeon,Snorlax,Charizard,Zapdos,Metegross,and Sceptile tell me if i shoud change some pokemon and movesets would be realy good.

    Those aren't EVs, those are the stats. Anyway, you don't have to type it all out btw. Use File->Export to text while in Team Builder, then copy-paste your team. It will be alot easier to read for us, raters, that way.

    don't mix OUs with an uber, as with one uber it is already considered as an uber team, and this team has no chance in the uber metagame. replace this with a physical wall, such as Skarmory.

    Don't use Hardy natures, because they don't increase anything. 4 EVs = 1 point increase in a stat, and also use the Snap option because you're wasting EVs. You'll probably find out the rest while battling. Well, I hope this helps.

    Actually try remove the raikou. It has a really weak defence. Why don't you add a lanturn instead? In this way you're gonna have a Water/Electric Combo. Lanturn is not the best Pokemon though. But it's pretty strong IMO. Try this:

    Lanturn @ Leftovers or Quick Claw
    Trait: Volt Absorb
    EVs: HP 36/Defence 92/Sp. Attack 252/Sp. Defence 128
    Narute: Modest
    -Ice Beam
    -Rain Dance (or Thunder Wave)
    -Surf
    -Thunder (or Thunderbolt if you use Thunder Wave)

    If you use the Rain Dance - Thunder combo try use it on a slow-killer Pokemon and prefered Sp. Attacking without resistance. (For example a Blissey or a fire-type, don't kill it immidiately, try use Rain Dance to have your Lanturn ready for the next opponents
