    Just a quick question..
I recieved rep in the "Something new coming to your local nieghborhood Pokecommunity- PART 2" thread but it's blue.. It didn't add, nor subtract from my rep and there was no message attached with it.

I viewed the FAQ and didn't notice anything about neutral rep..

Just curious as to why it happened.

I think that's a grey box...and I think it means that the person who gave you rep has no rep altering power (Someone can correct me if I'm wrong O.O). I have one of those boxes too, and it didn't change my overall rep at all.

Pretty much right, person does not have any points to give for rep.

No points means the person that gave the rep has no rep power [no rep to give to anyone else]
