Magikarp was only faking and evolved into Sabrina then sabrina used her Emo look attack
 
and then all my Pokemon faint but I know Substitute DynamicPunch And FirePunch SOOOO I have to defeat sabrina!and I do..... like post ppl

Yes if you have a Burn Heal, otherwise No. If you say Yes even though you have no Burn Heal...
