Curious, what event is your Wishmaker Jirachi from? The only Wishmaker Jirachi i am aware of is from the Colleseum bonus disc, and for yours to be UT, he would have to be level 5, not level 50

Then you should remove UT from the description of your Jirachi, as a lvl 50 Wishmkr Jirachi is most DEFINATELY touched.

you can hack any pokemon, event or otherwise. It's very easy. I made several shiny wishmkr Jirachi for fun :). And i'll step back, if the Jirachi was leveled to 50 BEFORE it was palparked, then i think it would say arrived at 50, but would still be very touched and not UT. An UT Wishmkr Jirachi is lvl 5 and holding a berry. With ID of 20034
