1st Gen New attack in Fire Red

any people know how to add a new attack on my hack rom Fire Red, an new attack, the attack of zero, if you know can tell me, my hack need assignature attack for the legendarys.

That depends on if you're creating a ROM Hack in Binary or with a Decomp. In any case, though, this isn't the right forum for these types of questions.
