Suggestion: Your font. Make it look like part of the image itself. Maybe, have inner glow so that it looks cut out from part of the panel.

oh yeah... good idea, Nic. like a red inner glow the same color as the panel thing, and it'll fade into white ^^

Hmm much better. But... font interior looks a bit rough.

Well that is probably the font I used, I used papyrus so that might be why it looks like it does ^^;
