Yeah,I Havent really been collecting cards....hehe.... since 2007, i did get a torterra LV.X But...That`s it after then....:/ So,i Dont have any knowledge of TCG past then so can someone show me new cards and new combos? It would be Very helpful to me! A link or a couple of videos Would be just as much helpful,^-^

Well, it depends on what Pokemon you're interested in using, whether you plan on going to any tournaments this tournament season, and it also depends on how much money you're willing to spend.
