Yeah, but evolution is used to make Pokemon more powerful. That's why people have been wanting a Farfetch'd evolution (for example) for years, because it doesn't have good stats. An evolution would fix that.

But for a Pokemon like Skarmory who's already seen a lot in competitive battles, it doesn't need an evolution because it's powerful enough. A preevolution I could see, because baby Pokemon are used to get moves onto Pokemon they otherwise wouldn't have.

Well some pokemon can evolve and not get too big of a stat boost they could give it a small boost like 10,20...

Ya,Wooguru will be a huge part in my team. I love bird types and I always have one through out every pokemon game.

I have to say, when the starters were released I was disappointed. But now that some of the new Pokemon have been shown, I'm actually excited.
Some of them actually look like Pokemon, On the other hand... The blob looks like a poorly thought out Fakemon to me.
