[Error] New Dex Entry v18

Hello there..
I have a problem with Pokedex Entry.
The error' from I adding new entry Dex,
If I open summary info in new Dex entry I getting Error'.
Example : I make a new entry Dex (Hoenn Dex) and I fill the dex with pokemon from Hoenn, and I opened the info pokemon in new Dex, I getting error ( NoMethod [] error') like that .
How to fix it?

PS : I added manualy on Regional Pokedex Editor.

Hmmm, I suspect there is something wrong with the definition of regions.
Have you defined a new region as shown here?
