the new rpg maker for 3ds if it's cheap

Fire emblem warriors
Miitopia
there are some older games I want, like Chrono trigger, but it's probably super expensive now and Idk if my parents would get me it.
FFXV and the rest of the final fantasies are after Miitopia on the wishlist, and then Nier:Automata after that. Not because I don't want them or anything, I just gotta finish 1 and 2 before I get the rest.
