Let's use this topic to discuss our ideas on the next GBA/GC Pok?mon game!
OK, here goes:
E-Cards have more function (like for example, you buy single E-cards from
your local trading card store and they are what $10 for something unavailable (eg kantos in gs) and $50 for something like Jirachi!
When you link up and swipe the E-card in, (via Mystery Event) it appears in the grass ONCE at the level on the card. These cards are re-usable, but not on the same save. So, say the level on the card is 42, that'll be the wild grass level!
There is a special unlock portal just after the Elite 4, so no level 42s when you have a Level 5 (insert new grass starter's name here)

You swipe the e-card into Pok?mon (insert new title here) and that pok?mon appears in the grass only one time. You can use the card again, but not on the same save (e.g. Brendan, 8 badges, 43 caught, 70 seen cannot use that e-card again, unless you start again on your save).
