Hi, just a quick q, what is the dock just off New island on Mewtwo strikes back??? Is it the place with Lt. Surge??? Please answer need it for my hack...

I highly doubt it. Since to my understanding New Island was the location of a rocket Base, then it became the location of Mewtwo's place. Then it became a simple plot of land

The hologram said that it was off the local dock... Is it in the town where the gym leader is LT.surge? Because thats the only place i know of that has a dock apart from johto

You mean Vermillian? Pokemon has created towns in anime before that do not show up in games. Its possible they just used a nameless town somewhere in Kanto that didn't show up in the games that had a dock.
You could have the dock be in Vermillian if you want. No one is stopping you

I just wish we had a shot of the base before Two blewed it up. Oh, well. If they wanted to use canon city/landmark terms, they would have. They had plenty of anime series continuity with Mewtwo and the Gary cameo.
