    so apparently there some areas I can't access. is there a reason for this? (it just opened)

    i see no one to talk to about blocks or what not

    That should explain it. So the first step is to catch him a Geodude there and give it to the safari zone guy to start unlocking places. Any other questions, use the Help thread sticky next time please, and there's also the FAQ. Closed.
