    Hi there,

    This is the first forum I have ever joined, thought it maybe helpful in my aim to catch all pokemon. I am current playing Black 2, also own Black, Pearl, Heart Gold, and White. So if anyone wants to trade at some point let me know and I will see what I can do I am currently looking for a bulbasaur, charmander, and a babybell.
     
    Hi Seraphim, and welcome!

    I understand if you're new to forums in general. But if you're a Pokemon fan, PC is a good one to start with. The rules here are pretty easy to read, and the staff are very helpful so I'm sure you won't have any issues here. If you joined for trading I advise you head over to the Trade Corner section which has the useful Quick Trade Thread and Trade Shops. Due to my dumb wi-fi not working with my DS Lite (I think I have WPA) and the fact I'm not using my 3DS until I get Pokemon X & Y, I am basically almost non-existent in Trade Corner but you will enjoy the section though.

    Also, given the games you're playing I also advise checking out both Fifth Generation and Fourth Generation where you can find some great topics on those games. They are among my favorites but X & Y may change all that. Have a fun time here and if you ever need help ask any staff members like Cirno (our mod of The Welcome Lounge, aka this section) and they'd be happy to assist you. See you around!

    Hello Seraphim, welcome to PC!!

    If you're trying to rekindle your interest in Pokemon, then you've come to the right place. Hikari already brought up a good amount of places you can go to. I specially recommend the Trade Corner you can always find someone up for a quick trade there. I do alot of trading myself, but I'm never really good at. Right now on PC we're having an event called the Get- Together. It's a big festivity with all sorts of events including some events just for trading. The main example being the Trade Raffle which is what it says on the title. A raffle where they're giving away free Pokemon! There's also The Great Egg Swap VII. That's basically where you breed an egg, trade to someone and they trade you the egg they have in exchange. Then you keep trading eggs with other members until the end of the event. We have egg swaps here every so often. This is my third one so far and they've all been really fun!
