yeah never been all that great at rs per se, Im more of a gsc guy. but yeah managed to construct a team, som ou some uu you know good stuff...

    Parasect@leftovers
    Impish 252 hp/129 def/129 spc def
    aromatherapy
    spore
    hp bug
    light screen
-support parasect, spore + therapy makes him quite useful, light screen to give him something to do and hp bug for stab. oh yar my fav guy in the game, hes 1337 like wut? :bandit:

    Jolteon@leftovers
    timid 252 Spc attk 252speed 6 hp
    twave
    tbolt
    sub
    hp grass
-standardish, hp grass there for swampert mainly..

    Vaporeon@leftovers
sassy 252 hp 252 spc def 6 def
    surf
    ice beam
    toxic
    wish
-special sponge sort of, mainly there for water absorb 0_0

    Rhydon@leftovers
    adamant 252 hp 252 def 6 attk
    rock blast
    eq
    megahorn
    roar
    -phazer, yeah pretty self explanatory

    Swellow@choice band
    Jolly 252 speed 252 attk 6 hp
    quick attack
    aerial ace
    hp ground
    double edge
-I didn't realize how fast this guy is, that coupled with a high attack makes him very dangerous. Choice band for optimal attk power

    medicham@salac berry
    jolly 252 speed 252 attack 6 hp
    sub
    reversal
    return
    shadow ball
-yeah pure power gives him a pretty big boost, so in reality his attk is something like 430, if I can get him down to 1 hp he can contend with the skram.

yeah, well as I said Ive never been very good at rs and Im sure a lot of the movesets and/or evs are pretty skewed so some constructive criticism would be appreciated. oh yar, Im now playing under the name chr0mius or byrdman..I rarely use the sn finglonger anymore so if you see me perusing nb feel free to challenge me. = )

Parasect- lol I've seen the same moveset somewhere. This is the standard moveset for Parasect anyway. Now I know that GSC has a lot more tanking but in RS there's no way in the living daylights that Parasect can tank that much, absorbing both physical and special defense. There is light screen but... I'll personally try 16 sp.def, and 240 def. As long as you have light screen, 200 sp.def should be fine enough. Keep in mind that 226 atk power with STAB HP Bug will suck. I have never used Parasect without counter too... (I got counter instead of spore)

Jolteon- meh OU. If you want, you can take out some sp.atk for some defensive stats

Vappy- overkill in sp.def really... I used another EV setup with just 400 hp and 300 total sp.def (with nature bonus as well) and sponged up to just 60 damage from Alakazam's psychic, which is very nice (during those shameful old days of having OUs... eww.) So perhaps take out some hp and sp.def, to add it to either def or sp.atk, either one. I'll also suggest using calm, as occassionally you need speed but you'll never need attack.

Meh I liked that Hypno more than Vaporeon for a special sponge XD

Rhydon- seriously, this is like a GSC disease or something XD Full defense and hp is killer. Reduce hp EV to 196 to get 400 hp (which should be enough) and put the extra into attack to raise it to a powerful 342.

Swellow- yeah I used it on my team before. I'll suggest you the possibility of facade over double edge, as it's not hard to get toxic by Blissey or burnt by Weezing. I tried this exact same setup with choice band before, and it didn't score as much KOs as I imagined. Changed double edge to Facade, and Blissey squirms in pain (yay look it's 650 damage! Even a special attack can kill it next round.)

Medicham- I grew to dislike reversal/flail users unless it's so OU that it's a must (cough Seaking cough). Too many quick attackers, and a spike mess you over. Your main problem is never Skarmory for a Medicham, but Weezing...

For Vaporeon, you're going to want more defense. Looking at your team it and maybe Rhydon are the only ones who can stop Salamence setup, and it helps to have defense to absorb attacks once they start predicting you're going to send it out.
Rhydon make s a pretty good subpuncher if you'd like, to get rid of the toss Blisseys.
And…Return on Medicham isn't probably going to do much for it. Rock Slide would at least give you something decent for Gyra/Sala/Zapdos etc.
