    Bold Nature. 240 HP is fine, I'd go for slightly more than 300 defense. I'd give it enough speed to be faster than 239, not more. The rest in the special stats. I like Leech Seed over Baton Pass, Raikou and Suicune get their own CM's and Gengar and Sceptile can be used well without CM passed.

    EVs: 80 HP / 188 Spd / 212 SAtk / 28 SDef
    Timid Nature (+Spd, -Atk)
    - Calm Mind
    - Hidden Power [Grass]

    68 HP / 218 Spd / 224 SAtk, with your nature.

    Sceptile (M) @ Leftovers ** Leafy

    EVs: 196 HP / 60 Def / 16 Spd / 136 SAtk / 100 SDef

    Timid Nature. Doesn't need Def and Sp. Def EV's. I like Endeavor and Petaya Berry. Make sure you can sub 4 times, but focus on Speed and Sp. Attk. Maybe HP Fire over Thunderpunch.

    Trait: Levitate
    EVs: 4 HP / 252 Spd / 252 SAtk
    Hardy Nature (Neutral)

    Timid or Modest. No Brick Break please, especially not without Attack EV's.

    Metagross @ Choice Band ** Steely
    Trait: Clear Body
    EVs: 140 HP / 80 Atk / 216 Def / 72 SDef
    Impish Nature (+Def, -SAtk)
    - Earthquake
    - Explosion
    - Meteor Mash
    - Sludge Bomb

    I'd max Attack and give it an Adamant nature.

    Suicune @ Chesto Berry ** Water Dog
    Trait: Pressure
    EVs: 240 HP / 212 Def / 56 Spd
    Bold Nature (+Def, -Atk)
    - Calm Mind
    - Ice Beam
    - Rest
    - Roar

    You might want Spikes in combination with Suicune. Just go Leftovers. You could put HP Ice on Raikou since Sceptile has Leaf Blade, and give this guy Surf.

    Focus Punch, Giga Drain, or at least Fire Punch over Brick Break on Gar. It'll do better as a McGar though.
