New overworld sprite sizes?

    I was walking around today during the event and noticed Natu's and Rattata's were bigger. Likewise a wild Ursaring was the same height as Pikachu.


    Did anyone else prefer when the Pokemon heights were different. I know they don't normally match their indivisual heights but I'm pretty sure Ursaring is taller then Pikachu.


    The only Pokemon I can think of that is usually made smaller is Wailord. I wonder if they did this for Wailord. Haven't seen a wild Wailord but thats kind of unfortunate.
     
    They have made a lot of things very strangely proportioned now, that's for sure... One thing I'm finding rather adorable is the new Jynx - she's so utterly tiny I just wanna pick her up and squish her ♥ I think I'm largely ok with this change outside of the colossal Natu but that alone is enough to make it a mistake imo.
     
    I've noticed this as well this week. Natus and Pidgeys are both much bigger now, and some have shrunk, like Drowzee and Mr. Mime.
     
    For a short time entire species sizes changed in the overworld. Small Pokemon were big and big Pokemon were small.

    Now I'm noticing Pokemon of the same species are different sizes in the overworld. I think this may be based on if they are extra large or small. Now if only shininess appeared in the overworld sprites.
