5th Gen New Pokemon Silhouette on Pokmon Sunday [July 11]

Well, I'm disappointed. I really wanted a Vulture.

Its design is okay, but it's one of my least favorite Pokemon revealed so far, ahead of only two: Tsutarja and the sarcophagus. I just am not a fan. It looks bland and uninteresting.

I hope the bird is a legendary! it's head dress reminds me of some native american's head dresses, I mean with the amount of feathers, if only it was more colorful :)

Lot's of people like to state their opinions like they are fact...I mean just look at the US they think Democracy is the best type of government and state it as fact but that's only an opinion as the world hasn't tried to form a new form to govern...they even try to pressure foreign countries to adapt their opinion...

Well it's best to keep your expectations low as if you make them to high it would be less fun than what you had in your mind :) Though I think for you and for me they have surpassed those expectations TS :)

Well if it is native american...then it's more likely to be legendary than not, cause then it'll seem like it has a deep history to it or something.

That would make it similar to Zapdos who is based on the thunder bird another native american legend :)

I want the same thing, I just see it as a good legendary plus it isn't to "exotic" compared to the other legends we have had lately in gen 4 and 5 :)

Yeah, ummm.... All I can really hope for here is a flying/grass type. There are only 2 sets (Tropius, Hoppip and evolutions) and only tropius can learn fly, and it's a DINOSAUR for goodness sake! Lets get a grass-type BIRD for a change! Besides, those feathers could be leaves (But probably not...)

The sprite looks reaaaally large so idk that's where I'm getting the legendary thoughts from.

Aaand... isn't it confirmed to be normal/flying and not grass?

Looks like maybe an evo to Pidgeot or Fearow, or mabye some cross evolution of the two.

Haha I remember when they first introduced eggs, I thought you could like mate two different species of pokemon and make a hybrid. haha

Either way, grass bird seems sort of unlikely, considering it's usually flying being super effective to grass, though the other bird revealed actually looks like it has grass type potential, anyway.
