4th Gen New pokemon?

Johto pokemon, ftw.
 
No - HG/SS is a 4th gen game, and they only have new Pokemon obtainable in new generation games (like Diamond/Pearl which were the first 4th gen games). At any rate HG/SS is already out in Japan so we know there are no new Pokemon in for sure.
