    Blaziken @Leftovers/Lum Berry
    Mild Nature
    Flamethrower
    Sky Uppercut
    Rock Slide
    Swords Dance/Bulk Up

Best with Emerald move tutors. Rock Slide is also a bred-on move.

    Sharpedo @Leftovers/Lum Berry/Petaya Berry
    Naive Nature
    Crunch
    Surf
    Ice Beam
    Endure/Agility

Endure if you have access to Emerald, otherwise, go with Agility. Petaya Berry can be obtained from Colosseum/XD.

Pikachu (gonna evolve at level 49) @Leftovers
    Rash Nature
    Thunderbolt
    Focus Punch
    Substitute
    Thunder Wave

    Absol @Leftovers/Lum Berry
    Lonely Nature
    Swords Dance
    Baton Pass
    Shadow Ball
    Return/Aerial Ace

Swords Dance up and Baton Pass to Blaziken. Or you can use the Calm Mind set:

    Calm Mind
    Ice Beam
    Thunderbolt
    Baton Pass

Same thing, except you now can Pass to Alakazam, Sharpedo, or Raichu.

Kadabra (until i trade with my friend) @Lum Berry
    Quiet Nature
    Psychic
    Fire Punch
    Calm Mind
    Recover/Thunderpunch/Ice Punch

Alakazam doesn't need any TMs. What it needs are Move Tutors from Emerald or Egg Moves from Medicham. That means you either need to trade it to Emerald (where it will evolve) and give it at least Fire Punch. Or breed with a Male Medicham and get Fire Punch for him. Fire Punch being the most important so that Zam can handle Steel types. The other punches are optional.

    Skarmory @Leftovers
    Timid Nature
    Drill Peck/Aerial Ace
    Spikes
    Roar/Whirlwind
    Rest

Ick, bad Nature, but it could be worse. Don't make Skarmory into an attacker. Give it only one Flying move (Drill Peck is an egg move). Then give it the following moves above. If using Whirlwind, pair it with Aerial Ace because Drill Peck + Whirlwind is an illegal combination (meaning it's impossible to get it from breeding).

i think i'll give scarmory fly (no matter what anyone says) as i want to use aerial ace on absol i think <_< and i only have 1 leftovers :P ill use this and add my own knowledge, thanks ^_~

If your own knowledge has guided you to put Fly on Skarmory and Aerial Ace on Absol, then maybe you should stick to the knowledge that works - i.e. the previous suggestions. Aerial Ace won't get STAB on Absol like it will on Skarmory and Fly sucks. Big time. A Pokémon with Aerial Ace can get 120 damage in two turns on a Pokémon using Fly, which deals significantly less and can miss.

Aragornbird, a Hitmonchan would also work to teach Alakazam Fire Punch, which would might be preferable given that it learns it at level 33 as opposed to level 37, when Medicham learns it when it evolves.

    Sapphire = No Hitmonchan. =\

    Also, Fly sucks.

that is, without stab. stab makes it 180 damage in two turns
