new shiny method

I think i created a new shiny pokemon obtaining method. If you enter a action replay code for a certain pokemon and go to the muesum and have five empty slots. Cant you eventually get a shiny if you either keep or realese the non shiny pokemon and keep going back and getting more pokemon? I think its possible any opinons
