    its the guy from pokemon 2000 who tries to steal the legendary birds.

    also, im sorry for making an entire thread for one sprite,
    i just really wanted to show every1 this new sprite!
     
    there is one problem he is not a trainer so he doesnt have pokeballs

    You totall made him as he was in the movie. Maybe you should try that girl with that Oyster Shell instrument. I give your sprite a 9.5/10!
