Standard Blissey. Ice Beam + Thunderwave hits a lot. Softboiled and Armatherapy are always nice too.

-Shadow Sneak/Shadow Punch
-Seismic Toss/Fire Punch/Ice Punch
Standard set. The last slot is basically a filler.

Froslass @Choice Specs

Deoxys SPEED you mean, deoxys defense is still uber =/.



I also would say Blissey needs Seismic toss, or its not worth using tbh. Anyways cow gave you most of the required changes.

So you dont die to gayrados, mixape etc.

Put Fire Punch on Noir, so you can counter Heracross.

Ok well i was GOING to keep Blissey's Substitute over Aromatherapy as she already has Natural Cure as her Trait. I was thinking i shouldn't use Deoxys Defense as i already have my Blissey as a Staple Defense. I will teach Dusknoir Fire Punch like you suggested Dark Azelf. My Pokemon Trait's are as follows:

Dusknoir - Pressure
Raikou - Pressure
Froslass- Snow Cloak
Deoxys - Pressure
Tyranitar - Sand Stream
Blissey - Natural Cure

I reckon a fighting move from Froslass could work pretty well so i will try it out. I would prefer to keep Rock Slide as it works well against flying/ fire types in case i lose PP for Earthquake. Dusknoir will learn Shadow Punch as it seems a bit more stable. What Ice move could Raikou learn that Froslass couldn't?
