    3-torchic
    4-charmander
    5-bulbasaur
    6-cyndaquil
i still dont know how to change the position of the topic of this thead so fogive me tell me the pros+ cons keep in mind this will b my team till the elites i think its balanced thx

    *Points to strategies and movesets*

If you're going to competitive battle, you will get your ass wiped across the floor with this team.

First of all, don't use basic evolution stage pokemon, second - moves count as much as the pokemon.

So far, there are no Pros i can give you.

I agree that you should at least use the final evolutions. And I'm thinking that you might want to have some Pokemon of different types, to make it a well-balanced team. (Like, have a psychic, electric, or dragon-type...just something to give you more advantages.)

uhh well i assumed u thought i would have lvled them.... if they did have stg 3 evos (like i assaumed) how would it b?

Seriously, I think you should re-think your team. You've got alot of weaknesses, and some of these pokemon have pretty poor stats to even consider being a sweeper/tank.

AJ, JirachiStar and Ao, dont assume fluffy wants to use the team for competitive battling, the post actually says until the 'elites' which I assume is the elite 4. People should read posts more carefully, it doesn't say they won't be evolved, fluffy is talking about using the team through the game's storyline.
Anyway, any team can beat all of the ingame trainers if they are high enough levels. Just make sure you have varied movesets to exploit each gym leader's weaknesses. Don't give grass type pokemon only grass moves etc.
For example, my favourite in game Swampert set is Surf, Ice Beam, Brick Break and Earthquake. Movesets like this can KO anything easily in game.

trading? you can trade any pokemon to d/p, it just wont be registered in the pokedex until you beat the E4.

The only way would be to trade from someone else with diamond or Pearl. If you trade as eggs, the pokemon will have your ID and will always obey you. You only need the national dex to transfer through the Pal Park.
