Well, I was looking to put several Pokémon in my team, as I'm involved in a competitive tournament. I created the following team, but I would like constructive replacements and so on. This is a uber permitted tournament, by the way. I do wish you to provide constructive criticism, but try and also find replacements. This team is on Netbattle.

    Crobat@Leftovers**[none]
    EVS:246 Atk/246 Spd/34 SDp.Def
    Adamant Nature[+Atk -Sp.Atk]
    ~Mean Look
    ~Sludge Bomb
    ~Screech
    ~Shadow Ball

Generally Supposed to Trap people, lower their defence and then attack them.

    Deoxys Atk@Liechi Berry
    EVS:246 Atk/246 Spd/34 HP
    Adamant Nature[+Atk -Sp.Atk
    ~Psycho Boost
    ~Brick Break
    ~Recover
    ~Rock Slide

Sweeper for the team. Ubers are permitted in the tournament in which thee is entering.

    Mew@Salac Berry
    EVS:246 Spd/246 Sp.Atk/24 HP
    Modest Nature[+Sp.Atk -Atk]
    ~Calm Mind
    ~Ice Beam
    ~Psychic
    ~HP Dark

    Special Sweeper.

    Deoxys Def@Leftovers
    EVS:300HP/200Def/30 Sp.Def
    Bold Nature
    ~Toxic
    ~Substitute
    ~Light Screen
    ~Reflect

Can't decide whether to put it as lead or not, but it is the annoyer of the squad. I think I might replace it with a Baton Passer, any recommendations?

    Latios@Soul Dew
    EVS:246 Sp.Atk/246 Spd/35 Sp.Def
    ~Thunderbolt
    ~Psychic
    ~Ice Beam
    ~Dragon Claw

    Also Sp.Sweeper

...And I have no idea what to take on as a sixth member. Help!

I'm not sure you know how EVs work. A Pokemon can only have 510 EVs total, but some of your spreads, like 246+246+34 add up to 526, which is impossible.

    Crobat@Leftovers**Choice Band
    EVS:246 Atk/246 Spd/34 SDp.Def
    Jolly Nature
    ~Sludge Bomb
    ~Shadow Ball
    Aerial Ace
    Hidden Power Ground/Fighting

This won't work, especially not against ubers. If Crobat had better defenses, Trapping and Screeching might be plausible. But since it doesn't, your enemies will kill you before you even Screech them. And why doesn't it have any items? Stick with the Choice Band set I posted above. You just shouldn't use Crobat at all in uber play, there are so many better choices for non-legendary Pokemon.

    Deoxys Atk@Choice Band
    EVS:246 Atk/246 Spd/34 HP
    Naughty or Lonely Nature
    ~Psycho Boost
    Superpower
    Shadow Ball
    Extremespeed

No no no! Don't ever use Recover on Attack Deoxys. It doesn't have the defenses to survive ANYTHING. Max out both its Attack and Speed at 252 each. Give it a Naughty or Lonely nature. Also, poor choice of physical moves. Superpower is so much stronger than Brick Break, Shadow Ball is good against other Psychics, and Extremespeed is for finishing off weak opponents with your boosted 756 attack!

    Mew@Leftovers
    EVS:246 Spd/246 Sp.Atk/24 HP
    Modest Nature[+Sp.Atk -Atk]
    ~Calm Mind
    ~Ice Beam
    ~Psychic
    Softboiled/Hypnosis/Substitute/Thunder Wave

Mewtwo is so much better at this than Mew. If you're using Mew, at least take advantage of the many moves it can learn. Be creative and stay away from the generic sets, Mew deserves better than that. For special sweeping Mew, replace the HP Dark with something that's actually useful, like the 4 moves I listed above. But again, Mewtwo is an overall better Pokemon.

    Deoxys Def@Leftovers
    EVS:300HP/200Def/30 Sp.Def
    Bold Nature
    Recover
    Spikes
    Knock Off
    Seismic Toss/Night Shade

What?!? A Pokemon can't have 300 EVs in any stat. The Max one can have is 252…O_o.
Also, where is Recover? Unlike Atk Deoxys, Def Deoxys NEEDS Recover to stay alive as long as possible. I've also changed the other moves around. Reflect and Light Screen are okay choices and can certainly work for a limited amount of time, but Deoxys can learn so many moves that those two pale in comparison. Here's the strategy – Use Spikes up to 3 times and Recover when necessary. If you want, use Knock Off to disable the opponent's items, like Latios's Soul Dew or Lugia's Leftovers. Both Seismic Toss and Night Shade are used for general attacking purposes.

    Latios@Soul Dew
    EVS:246 Sp.Atk/246 Spd/35 Sp.Def
    ~Dragon Claw
    Calm Mind
    Recover
    Ice Beam/Thunderbolt/Safeguard

A Latios with 4 attacks. It could work, but Latios only really need 1 move – Dragon Claw, and maybe an additional secondary attack. Psychic is useless on Latios, especially since half the Pokemon you're fighting will be resistant to Psychic. Replace it with Calm Mind. Again, Recover can be very useful. Now your 4th attack is up to you. Afraid of Kyogre? Use Thunderbolt. Afraid of Groudon? Use Ice Beam. Afraid of neither and want to protect from status? Use Safeguard.

...And I have no idea what to take on as a sixth member. Help!

For your sixth Pokemon, I suggest something defensive – either Lugia or Blissey. Lugia is incredibly hard to take down, which great defenses and Recover. Blissey absorbs special attacks like a sponge and can be useful for healing purposes.

Also, you really need to replace Crobat with something else. I suggest Metagross, since its very good in uber play. It has a 4x resistance to Psychic and can use Agility to outspeed them all, plus access to strong physical attacks that most ubers have a hard time defending since they're so special oriented.

I just found out there can only be one Deoxys in a team... which shall I replace?

    ~*^*~~*^*~ ~*^*~ ~*^*~ ~*^*~~*^*~

Well, I personally like to be defensive so I say Defense Deoxys. Attack Deoxys is nice, but very risky to use. You MUST kill your opponent with one hit (or at least finish them off) or else they'll kill you. So yeah, I like to play it safe.

Yes, but I was wondering what I should now replace Attack with? I formated this team in a few seconds, I am absolutely sure how EVs work, IVs to.

Hmmm…well, one Pokemon I always liked in ubers was Choice Band Groudon.

    Groudon @Choice Band
    EVS: 56 HP/252 Atk/200 Spd
    Adamant Nature[+Atk -Sp.Atk]
    Earthquake
    Rock Slide
    Hidden Power Bug
    Body Slam

With a ton of attack, it can destroy most things with Earthquake, even enemy Kyogres. Rock Slide is for Flyers like Lugia and Rayquaza, while Hidden Power Bug is specifically for Latios/Latias. Body Slam is there for general paralyzation.

Anyways, I didn't mean that you didn't know what EVs are, I'm just saying that Pokemon can only have so many EVs in one stat and so many EVs total. You went over the limit on just about all of them.

Yes, I am aware that they are supposed to add up to 510. I planned those really quickly, in a limited time. I never really liked Choice Band sets, it really began to annoy me.
