Suggestion: New thread

So I'm totally unsure if this is possible to make, but I'm pretty sure it would be, but maybe implement something on the 'Post new Thread' page which would allow you to select a new board, or sub-forum to post a new thread into.

Now I know one could easily just copy and paste the new thread idea, which seems to be the most likely thing, but with this, I think it would make things a lot easier. Say for instance you have a topic which you want to make for the Black and White section, and then in the middle of writing up the original post you realise that it would be better suited for say, Pokemon Gaming Central, you could just go to some sort of drop down menu which would allow you to choose said thread to post that tpoic into. Something like that is my idea.

Well potentially, Could we allow you to move your own threads you create within the hour?

That's what I'd do, then when you realize it's not suited for that place, you move it to the right place and voila! Problem solved.

But wouldn't that kinda kill the purpose of moderators moving topics?
And, you can always report your own thread and the moderators can get to it easier.

I do like the suggestion though, that would be a great addition.

I don't think the moderators would be upset if they had less work. Besides, it would only be available to move while you still had full editing powers, so not long at all.

I still don't think that giving members that ability, even for an hour, is a good idea. I mean, for an hour, some silly troll can keep moving his/her thread to annoy people. Would that be nice? I bet it wouldn't. So no, I completely disagree with that idea. I like Alternative's suggestion better, tbh. ;;
