I am new to Pokemon. Recently beat Pokemon Y and have gotten into breeding 5IV perfect Pokemon and EV training them, i want a good competitive team.

So far, this is what i have manged to get:

    Ferrothorn
    Item: Leftovers
    Ability: Iron Barbs
    EVs: 252 HP/4 Def/252 SpD
    Nature: Relaxed
    Moves:
    - Spikes
    - Leech Seed
    - Power Whip
    - Gyro Ball

I use Ferrothorn as my Special Defense tank but also as a pokemon that setup's hazards. I can also use him to stall with Leech Seed and Leftovers, he is pretty hard to kill unless they use a Fire attack.

    Milotic
    Item: Leftovers
    Ability: Marvel Scale
    EVs: 252 HP/252 Def/4 Spe
    Nature: Bold
    Moves:
    - Scald
    - Recover
    - Ice Beam
    - Mirror Coat

I use Milotic as a scout to see they will throw at me, and it's my Defense tank. Can also use it to stall with recover and leftovers.

    Greninja
    Item: Life Orb
    Ability: Protean
    EVs: 252 SpA/252 Spe/4 Def
    Nature: Timid
    Moves:
    - Hydro Pump
    - Ice Beam
    - Dark Pulse
    - U-turn

I use Greninja as a Special Attacker and he can usually 1shot Pokemon that are weak to his types and have low SpD.

    Dragonite
    Item: Weakness Policy
    Ability: Multiscale
    EVs: 252 Atk/4 SpD/252 Spe
    Nature: Adamant
    Moves:
    - Dragon Dance
    - Dragon Claw
    - Fire Punch
    - Extreme Speed

I want to use Dragonite as my Attack Sweeper with Multiscale+Weakness Policy but not once have i been able to set that up so far.

    Heracross(Mega)
    Item: Heracronite
    Ability: Guts
    EVs: 252 Atk/4 Def/252 Spe
    Nature: Adamant
    Moves:
    - Close Combat
    - Megahorn
    - Stone Edge
    - Bullet Seed

I use Heracross Mega for Skill Link(Bullet Seed) and as my Fighting Type Pokemon, he seems to work pretty well for me.

    Rotom-W
    Item: Choice Scarf
    Ability: Levitate
    EVs: 4 HP/252 SpA/252 Spe
    Nature: Timid
    Moves:
    - Volt Switch
    - Hydro Pump
    - Shadow Ball
    - Thunderbolt

I just threw Rotom-W in the mix thinking i could use Electric and Ghost type coverage, both of which he can provide, but so far he has not really been working out that well and has just been dying.

    Conclusion:
So far what i have noticed is that Dragonite and Rotom-W are a bit "useless" in my team, and it also feel's like i lack to much type coverage and have to many weaknesses. I also seem to struggle a lot against tanks, like today i ran into a Dusclops and he was just a massive wall, kept spamming Rest and there was nothing i could do to kill it.

Any tips on how to improve my team or any completely new team suggestions are welcome, i am willing to breed anything!

Milotic isn't really worth using IMO. Other bulky Water Pokemon like Jellicent, Wash Rotom and Vaporeon do its job better, and it doesn't have much to make it stand out from them. Since you already have a Water Pokemon in Greninja, I think that Blissey is a better fit:
    -Aromatherapy/Heal Bell
    -Seismic Toss/Flamethrower
    -Soft-Boiled
    -Toxic
    Nature: Bold
    EVs: 4 HP/252 Def/252 SDef
    Item: Leftovers
    Ability: Natural Cure

Mega Heracross has Rock Blast, which always hits 5 times thanks to Skill Link. In fact, the only move it has that takes advantage of Skill Link is Bullet Seed, which only sees use if you really hate Wash Rotom, Hippowdon, Jellicent and Azumarill:
    -Pin Missile
    -Close Combat
    -Rock Blast
    -Earthquake/Swords Dance
    Nature: Adamant
    EVs: 164 HP/252 Atk/92 Spe
    Item: Heracronite
    Ability: Guts/Moxie

Even though Ferrothorn's Defense is rather high, I think this EV spread is better: 252 HP/208 Def/48 SDef to give it more Defense while also giving it some Special Defense.

Shadow Ball doesn't give Wash Rotom any noteworthy coverage; STAB Hydro Pump hits Ghost and Psychic Pokemon hard enough already, so I think Trick should go in its place to cripple walls with Choice Scarf.

Rapid Spin or Defog support is also crucial for Dragonite, since it's weak to Stealth Rock and needs to be at full health to utilize Multiscale:
    -Hydro Pump/Surf
    -Thunderbolt/Psyshock
    -Ice Beam
    -Rapid Spin
    Nature: Timid
    EVs: 252 SAtk/4 SDef/252 Spe
    Item: Leftovers/Life Orb
    Ability: Natural Cure

    or
    -Scald
    -Rapid Spin
    -Psyshock/Ice Beam/Thunderbolt
    -Recover
    Nature: Timid
    EVs: 248 HP/32 Def/4 SAtk/224 Spe
    Item: Leftovers
    Ability: Natural Cure

    Excadrill:
    -Earthquake
    -Rock Slide/Iron Head
    -Rapid Spin
    -Swords Dance/Stealth Rock
    Nature: Jolly
    EVs: 4 HP/252 Atk/252 Spe
    Item: Life Orb/Air Balloon/Chople Berry
    Ability: Mold Breaker

    or
    -Swords Dance
    -Earthquake
    -Rapid Spin
    -Rock Slide/Substitute/Iron Head
    Nature: Adamant
    EVs: 176 HP/60 Atk/252 SDef/20 Spe
    Item: Leftovers
    Ability: Mold Breaker

    Mandibuzz:
    -Foul Play
    -Roost
    -Taunt/Whirlwind
    -Defog/Toxic/Knock Off
    Nature: Bold/Impish
    EVs: 248 HP/216 Def/44 SDef
    Item: Leftovers
    Ability: Overcoat

    Crobat:
    -Brave Bird
    -Defog
    -Roost
    -Taunt/Toxic
    Nature: Jolly
    EVs: 168 HP/136 Atk/4 SDef/200 Spe
    Item: Black Sludge
    Ability: Infiltrator

    Tentacruel:
    -Scald
    -Sludge Bomb
    -Rapid Spin
    -Toxic/Knock Off
    Nature: Bold
    EVs: 252 HP/224 Def/32 Spe
    Item: Black Sludge
    Ability: Liquid Ooze

Mandibuzz or Crobat can also deal with your wall problem by Taunting walls.

Cool, thanks for the fast response!

I'll get a Blissey to replace the Milotic. Also which one of my pokemon should i replace for a rapid spinner?

And which Pokemon did you mean in this quote? I assume you meant Starmie?

    -Psyshock/Ice Beam/Thunderbolt
    -Recover

Also, how would Trick help on Rotom-W against walls, doesn't trick just change items? giving him my choice scarf and taking his leftovers could cripple and kill me instead by letting him go first :P

Tricking a Choice Scarf on to walls is beneficial because walls can't do much if they're locked into a single move, forcing a switch. Stealing Leftovers from them is also a bonus. Note that Trick fails against Mega Pokemon. Some not-fully-evolved Pokemon also rely on Eviolite to function, like Chansey and Porygon2.

I was referring to Starmie, yes. And I think you should do some testing before you make a decision on who to replace.

I got Pokebank today and i got a Celebi from that.

3IV Celebi (HP, Attack, Speed), Jolly(+Speed -Sp.Attack). Can Celebi be made into a decent Attacker or what should i do with it now that it has -Sp Attack?

What is a good Attack Move set?

Physical Celebi is out of the equation; its special move pool has more flexibility than its physical one.

I know PlatinumDude but since my Celebi has -Sp Attack i don't know if that will be viable which is why i wanted to make it attack since it has perfect Attack IV :p

You should've kept going until you got a -Attack natured Celebi. Even if you wanted to make it physical, all its good physical moves are tutor moves from past games (Seed Bomb, Zen Headbutt, Sucker Punch).

So I'm afraid you'll have to not use Celebi at all.

    Yeah i guess i can't use it :p
