New to oras ! want 2 eevee plz

Hi,

I m new to pokemon game and i just bought oras and i really want to make an eevee team

I wish to have a low lvl eevee for a vaporeaon and one that will be a breeder

1st eevee for my vaporeon must have calm nature and wish ability from breeding and have perfect individual value (IV) in everything except attack

2nd eevee is my breeder so a female with perfect Speed IV ideally calm nature

anyone can help make my pokemon dream come true !!

I can get you eevee, I can get you eevee with HA? You can breed for your own natures and ivs tho
