recently found my old gold version game, so now im pretty much hooked on that again =) i looked online and found this community forum and im glad to be on a place where i can chat to other people about Pokemon and other general questions.

Welcome, GOLD.FTW, to the PokéCommunity. The games can very easily hook you, especially after having not played them for a while. ;D If you haven't done so already, you might want to try out some of the newer games. :D

It's incredibly easy to get hooked on a Pokemon Game, they're really unique. I haven't played on my Gold in ages.... And I Don't think I will, what with HG and SS coming out. ANyway, see you around the forums!

We both joined for the exact same reason; I also got into my Gold game a while back. Gotta love those older games. :)

Glad you could find the community and join and it is nice that you hit back on the retro games of Pokémon. Silver was my second generation game, and Gold was my sister's. It is good to see you got back into it and maybe I'll catch you around the community at times. Hopefully you'll get familiar with the rules and meet a lot of new friends.
