Hey all,
I'm new to the forum so bear with me if I do anything dumb... Here's a quick Pokemon bio for me:
I was big into Pokemon all the way through RSE and FireRed and LeafGreen. I was a huge collector of the TCG series as well, all the way up to the first Neo set. I strayed away from Pokemon for a while (never played diamond, platinum, black 1 or 2, white 1 or 2, and never played HG and SS), but when X and Y came out I had to pick up a 3DS XL and a copy of Pokemon Y. I fell in love all over again. The main story line flew by for me and after reading around I started getting into Masuda method breeding... After 1200 eggs and no shiny Charmander I decided to start breeding for perfect IV's. On day two of IV breeding I ended up getting my shiny Charmander (ironically both parents were from the same region). Weird how these things work out. So now I've got a few 5 IV Charmanders and a 6 IV one as well, plus my glorious 3 IV shiny Charizard. I've started IV breeding protean Froakies as well. I think I'll do Tyrunts after I achieve a 6 IV Froakie. Obviously I'm trying to put together a strong battle team.
I just don't know too many people who play the game anymore so I figured it would be cool to join a forum and talk to people who enjoy the various aspects of the game like I do.
