[Questions] Newbie Collector Promo Card Help

Hi all,

I've recently started collecting the Chilling Reign set of cards but the promos are confusing me.

Why is it that some promos such as snorlax and eveee have "promo" on them and no deck number, but others such as blaziken have a number (024/189) and no mention of promo on the card?

Can someone help explain to me?

The cards without the Promo stamp are reprints of cards that exist within the set, but usually printed as holos or on a different type of holofoil. The cards with the Promo stamp don't occur within the set and are generally considered a set of their own (in this case, Sword & Shield Black Star Promos).
