Newbie needing help on activating TCG card codes for online Playing

    Hi all!!
    I am a Newbie needing help on activating TCG card codes for online Playing at the Pokemon website... I have set up accounts for myself and my son. I can't find a place to activate the card codes we got in his new cards. Driving my self nuts trying to figure this out... wonder if I have some restrictions since we are on windows 8 & 8.1. Would love some advice thanks!!

    No special restrictions for Windows 8 version as far ss I am aware. Iirc, I think the code redemption is listed under the in-game store.

    thx for your response. Tech support said it was the "new player options" that had to be turned off in the game for the tutorial version to deactivate thus allowing the store option and redeem option and all other option to activate in the game. Got my son's account ready for play time and he is ready for some gamin' fun! Ya'll be warned...

    I cant believe on my first 10 card Flashfire pack I got a Charizard EX!
