Newbie....

Hello PC!
After reading some of the posts so far I really feel like a newbie. I remember Pokémon from way back but admittedly never played the games. I have been playing Pokémon GO now for about a month or so but I only play once in a while, so I am only on level 6. Recently I have been learning a little more and am anxious to start exercising more (mostly walking) and collecting more Pokemon. :) I still have questions so will use the question area for that. It's good to have somewhere to go to ask questions and have support. Thank you so much!! ;)

I very much enjoy the game! I especially like the fact that it is out in the real world and that you have to go to the actual place. I noticed that when I turn the game on and I am just in my living room or in the break room at work a few "normal Pokemon" show up. The other week however went on a walk around a good sized residential block and found 15 Pokemon along the way, about half that I have never seen before. I am fortunate to have Pokestops and Gyms close by and all around me. I don't live in a large city, but in a suburb in between two large cities, so maybe that is why. Would be curious if the Pokestop locations are random or can be created/deleted by the creators any time. Would love to see the people who aren't by that many have more choices.
I haven't even begun to learn about the trainer capabilities yet.
