Look for a Hack you want, download links are usually in the first post. You will likely need an Emulator too, though I'm not 100% sure.

Welcome to the community! In order to play a ROM Hack, you would have to download the game and patch the game. There are plenty of YouTube videos that can help with that. You'd also need an emulator, again, a quick Google search should yield plenty of results.
