6th Gen News about the Shiny Charm and Future Events

One question that bothers me: Is it even possible completing national pokedex with just Pokemon Y? (inluding ofc internet options such as trading) Do i need to obtain these pokemon or just see them f.e. in a battle? Is it possible without any previous games?

It is possible if you use GTS to get the Pokemon X and previous gen exclusive pokemon. only pokemon you wont find on GTS are the event-only Legendaries, those you'll need to either transfer yourself from Black(2)/White(2) when Pokemon Bank is released, or have someone who owns them to trade directly with as the event-only pokemon are able to be traded directly person to person, but aren't allowed to be traded on the GTS.
